The Opportunity:

As Principal Software Engineer in EIM Platform team, you are expected to be proficient with Full stack development with caliber to provide solutions and take architectural decisions. You will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product architecture, design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other activities. You will also play a key role in grooming providing directions to team members.

You Are Great At:

• Working with Java and related technologies, building and running micro services.
• Delivering user interfacing and business critical applications that are scalable and highly available.
• Working with Web and UI technologies (JavaScript libraries like React and Angular)
• Cloud native and related technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to design large-scale applications with excellent run-time characteristics such as low-latency, fault-tolerance and availability
• Ability to review designs and code, provide actionable feedback, and the detail orientation to follow-up on all technical topics
• Ability to communicate with large cross-functional teams about various engineering topics such as system architecture, detailed design, APIs, project schedules etc.
  

What It Takes:

• Must have at least 12 years’ experience in building enterprise applications.
• Must have experience in architecting and building microservices based applications.
• Expert in Springboot, AngularJS/ReactJS Frameworks
• Strong exposure to SSO, OAuth2, JWT and spring security.
• Should have knowledge on both RDBMS(PostgreSQL) & NoSQL database (Casandra)
• Should have good understanding of agile, scrum, CI, CD, BDD
• Should possess strong problem-solving skills & analytical ability
• Should have the right attitude to debug and do RCA
• Should be able to quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Should have excellent communication & comprehension skill
