As a Principal Regional SalesManager, you are responsible for selling Cornerstone's Workforce AgilityPlatform software to large-enterprise companies based in India. You should havea proven track record of developing and executing enterprise sales strategies,tactics and action plans, hitting annual targets, building relationships andunderstanding customers and trends. Create and drive revenue within a specified list of prospects, owning the full sales-cycleAchieve/exceed annual sales quota targetsDevelop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseDevelop account plans for new relationships, building, maintaining and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPossess a full understanding of customers' specific decision-making and purchasing process, understanding their business needs and objectivesResponsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to connect multiple buyers and influencersGenerate leads from prospecting, marketing, trade shows and regional networking eventsDevelop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotasAcquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitorsEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsYou've Got What It Takes If You
Have 15+ previous years of outside enterprise software sales (SaaS) experienceAre a hunter! You will be going after new logo businessA proven consultative sales executive with the ability to navigate complex, enterprise prospect accounts and stakeholdersAbility to absorb information quickly and deliver at paceCreative and able to build a vision with prospectsMetrics driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales dataA combination of self-starter, leader, collaborative internal partnerForever curious about the status quoStrong preference for human capital technology or solutions experienceProven track record selling enterprise software into large/complex accountsExcellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approachExceptional professional presence and business acumenExperience selling at the "C" level and navigating large enterprise organizationsMust work well in a team selling environment, able to keep an open communicationAbility to travel when requiredDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentMBA from a premier instituteThis role will be based out ofMumbai or in Delhi NCR
