.In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of AI-powered capabilities within a dynamic enterprise SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to build intelligent features, predictive insights, and personalized experiences that elevate the employee experience. This position offers the opportunity to translate complex AI technologies—such as LLMs, NLP, and generative AI—into scalable, customer-facing solutions. You will define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure responsible AI practices are embedded throughout the product lifecycle. Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven product capabilities, aligning initiatives with business goals and customer needs
- Partner with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Translate product requirements into AI model designs, APIs, and integrations
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on technical feasibility, business value, and user impact
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, accuracy, and user experience
- Establish responsible AI guidelines covering accuracy, fairness, security, privacy, and explainability
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to drive adoption and education
- Stay updated on AI/ML trends, frameworks, and best practices to inform product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of product management experience focused on AI/ML-driven enterprise SaaS products
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, embeddings, LLMs, and GenAI integrations
- Experience translating complex AI technologies into scalable, customer-facing solutions
- Familiarity with AI/ML APIs, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices
- Strong understanding of AI product metrics: model accuracy, relevance, confidence scoring, latency, and user feedback loops
- Experience in agile product development and roadmap management
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making skills, and a growth-oriented, self-starter attitude
- Bonus: hands-on experience with AI platforms like Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or third-party GenAI models
