🔹 Role Summary We are seeking a Principal Full Stack Developer (MERN) with strong technical expertise and a problem-solving mindset to join our global team. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to lead by example—owning full-stack feature development, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-centric web applications. Success in this role means driving high-quality code, meeting delivery timelines, and continuously improving the performance and usability of our systems. 🔹 Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end components. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure a smooth delivery pipeline. Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and performance optimization. Take ownership of assigned modules or microservices, ensuring quality and maintainability. Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and coding standards. Work with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and translate them into technical specs. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose tools or techniques to enhance development. 🔹 Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (React, Node, Express, MongoDB). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, authorization, and web security best practices. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar). Familiarity with modern React features like hooks, context, and functional components. Proficient in writing unit tests and performing code reviews. Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
