Principal Consultant

As a Medical Devices Practice consultant, your role involves striving to achieve defined revenue and cost goals. You will be responsible for building and writing proposals independently, from gathering requirements during client briefing to designing commercial frameworks and presenting solutions effectively. Actively participating in business development tasks, you will articulate research and advisory services to clients, engage them with thought leadership, drive marketing outreach programs, and create industry decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, and case studies to support business development. Additionally, you will lead the development of a team specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in the Life Science domain. Your responsibilities include mentoring and training team members, ensuring talent growth, and recruiting new members when needed. You will also be accountable for handling all client communications, including queries, kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback calls. Your role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions. A strong analytical mindset and technical background are essential to generate insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
