Pricing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze hospital costs, reimbursements, and market trends to support pricing strategies.
Develop and maintain pricing models and the hospital chargemaster.
Conduct benchmarking studies and recommend pricing adjustments.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
Prepare reports and insights for leadership on pricing performance.

Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of experience in pricing analysis, hospital finance, or related roles.
Strong analytical, Excel, and data interpretation skills.
Knowledge of hospital billing systems and cost accounting preferred.
