Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and respond to inbound leads generated through various channels.
• Provide comprehensive information about property projects, pricing, and amenities to prospective customers.
• Coordinate and schedule client site visits to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads to sales and achieve targets.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to support sales strategies.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in presales, sales support, or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English and local language.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Customer-focused approach, able to build relationships and trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
