Provide comprehensive information about property projects, pricing, and amenities to prospective customers. Coordinate and schedule client site visits to ensure a positive experience. Maintain updated records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads to sales and achieve targets. Gather market insights and customer feedback to support sales strategies. Requirements Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline. 1–3 years’ experience in presales, sales support, or real estate sales. Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English and local language. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. Customer-focused approach, able to build relationships and trust quickly. Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
