Pre-Sales Manager (Female)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle

  customer inquiries

  and provide accurate project information to potential buyers.
• Coordinate with

  sales and marketing teams

  to ensure smooth lead management.
• Conduct

  project presentations

  and explain specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
• Maintain and update customer databases; follow up with leads through calls, emails, and site visits.
  
• Assist in organizing

  site visits, client meetings, and promotional events

  .
• Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality and customer preferences.
  
• Ensure

  excellent customer experience

  from inquiry to booking stage.

Requirements:

• Gender:

  Female (Only)

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in pre-sales or customer relations in

  real estate or construction

  field.

• Languages:

  Fluency in

  Hindi, English, and Telugu

  (Mandatory)

• Education:

  Graduate or equivalent (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
