Key Responsibilities

Sales & Solutioning

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to support

  mid-market and large enterprise deals

• Understand customer pain points related to

  employee transport, routing, compliance, safety, and cost optimization

• Design

  customized MoveInSync solutions

  mapped to customer requirements

Product Demonstrations

• Deliver

  high-impact product demos

  (live & customized)
• Tailor demos for different stakeholders: HR, Admin, Facilities, IT, and Leadership
• Conduct

  proof-of-concepts (POCs)

  and pilot solution walkthroughs

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the

  bridge between Sales and Product

• Provide structured feedback from prospects to Product Management
• Support implementation teams during handover for smooth onboarding

Market & Domain Expertise

• Stay updated on

  employee mobility, corporate transport, EV adoption, compliance norms, and workplace tech trends

• Position MoveInSync against competitors with clear value articulation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 58 years of experience in

  Presales / Solution Consulting

• Prior experience in

  SaaS, B2B Enterprise Software, or HRTech / Fleet / Mobility platforms

• Exposure to

  enterprise sales cycles

  and large deal closures
