Presales Engineer_ End Computing / IT Hardware_ Reputed IT MNC If you are a Presales, Please share your CV to Email your CV to jagannaath@kamms.net Role : Presales Engineer Position Type: Full time/ Permanent Location : Bangalore ( Work from Office) Notice Period: Max 45 days Salary: 9.00 to 13.00 LPA Must-Have Skills: 3 to 7 years of experience in a presales or technical consultant role in the IT hardware domain. Strong technical knowledge of laptops, desktops, and workstation specifications and use cases. Hands-on experience with OEM solutions (e.g., Dell OptiPlex, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad, etc.) Understanding of OS imaging, device management, and hardware lifecycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills. Certifications from OEM vendors (e.g., HPI, Dell, Lenovo Technical Sales Professional, Etc).. Key Performance Indicators: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate end computing hardware solutions. Conduct detailed requirement analysis, site assessments, and customer meetings to gather technical needs. Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations focused on laptops, desktops, and workstations. Design optimal hardware configurations based on customer requirements and budget. Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and technical questionnaires with high-quality and accurate documentation. Work with OEMs like HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc., to ensure up-to-date product information and solution alignment. Work with OEMs sizing the requirement and commercials. Logging the Technical required in OEM portals to extract the right price. Time to Time Briefing about New Technologies to sales Team. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot implementations when required. Provide technical training and support to the sales team and clients as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
