Sales Executives

Telecalling Executive Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification

    : Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to generate and qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and interest level.
  • Customer Engagement

    : Build rapport with potential clients, respond to inquiries, address objections, and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
  • Appointment Scheduling

    : Arrange property viewings, site visits, and meetings between clients and the sales team.
  • Data Management

    : Maintain and update client records in CRM, track call performance, and report on lead conversion and activity metrics.

Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    : Collaborate on developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales (residential/commercial).
  • Client Meetings & Property Tours

    : Conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings to present and sell properties.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals

    : Manage negotiations, prepare contracts, and close deals smoothly and on time.
  • Post-Sale Support

    : Provide after-sale support, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Reporting

    : Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience

    : Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or real estate sales is preferred.
  • Skills

    :
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.
