Role Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Presales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Oragadam. The role will involve providing technical support, conducting detailed product demonstrations, assisting with presales technical queries, and collaborating with production teams to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include supporting integration efforts and contributing to the development of comprehensive proposals for potential clients.

Lead Management & Client Engagement:

Lead Qualification: Actively monitor and qualify leads generated through the company website and other marketing channels.

Initial Client Assessment: Engage potential clients quickly to determine project viability, budget, timeline, and technical fit with VME Precast capabilities.

CRM Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all pre-sales activities, client interactions, and lead progression within the CRM system.

Market Feedback: Collect and communicate market feedback and emerging client needs to the Sales and Product Development teams.

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in Technical Support and Presales activities to address client queries and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in Sales and integration of products and services to meet customer needs effectively.
• Knowledge of Precast systems and their implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
