🚨 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Are you a data-driven marketer who knows how to filter the noise and generate quality B2B leads? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at VME Precast Products, a leader in innovative precast solutions including water tanks, modular structures, toilets, and more.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
• Run and manage Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads
• End-to-end campaign handling via Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and more
• Focus on conversion-driven lead generation, not just reach or clicks
• Identify, eliminate, and optimize out junk enquiries
• Create, manage, and iterate on landing pages and creatives
• Own ad strategy, execution, budget allocation, and reporting
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with paid media
• Strong background in B2B performance marketing
• Proven track record in conversion optimization and lead quality filtering
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, retargeting, and analytics
• Fluent with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM.
• Any Digital Marketing Certifications done.
