Presales Engineer

The role involves providing technical support to the sales and channel teams, including assistance with technical requirements, sizing of storage solutions, and supporting partners on tender requests. You will be responsible for ongoing partner training and updates, documenting completion landscape and pricing, supporting POCs on customer sites, and engaging in technical alliance activities across the region. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales role, with a proven consultative approach that includes active listening, solution-oriented thinking, and a strong customer focus. Technical understanding of HPC and AI environments is required, along with good knowledge of high-performance networking and Linux systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills are essential at all levels. Knowledge of the competitive landscape is a plus. The role may require willingness to travel for trade shows and customer/partner visits.,
