As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Real Time Data Services (RTDS), your role involves collaborating with customers to gather technical and business requirements. You will conduct discovery workshops to translate these requirements into clear solution documents. Understanding customer pain points and aligning them with cloud-native solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be preparing solution outlines, High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), and feasibility assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in customer calls and workshops to gather requirements and convert them into solution documents. - Map customer pain points with cloud-native solutions. - Prepare solution outlines, HLDs, LLDs, BOMs, and feasibility assessments. - Support solution design across OpenStack and one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Engage in Kubernetes, microservices, and container workloads. - Collaborate with senior architects for in-depth expertise when required. - Create proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), technical write-ups, and architecture diagrams. - Respond to RFIs/RFPs with structured documentation. - Maintain updated templates, diagrams, and reusable assets. - Conduct product demos and cloud walkthroughs. - Assist in executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) with the engineering team. - Ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams throughout the process. Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.
