About the Role

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Provakil, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by providing

technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will work closely with potential clients to

understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services. Your primary goal is to ensure the successful translation of client requirements into

compelling, customized solutions that address their business challenges.

Responsibilities -

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients,

understand their business needs, and gather detailed requirements.

  • Solution Design: Develop and propose tailored solutions that meet client requirements,

leveraging your technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to

showcase the features, benefits, and value of our solutions.

  • Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including

proposals, presentations, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to provide insights and

recommendations that enhance our value proposition and competitive advantage.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing,

and customer support, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team, enabling them to

effectively communicate technical information and solution benefits to clients.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in relevant field

Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales or similar technical consulting role,

preferably in the Software Service.

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical acumen and understanding of relevant technologies,

products, or services.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to

articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric

approach.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong

relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
