Presales Executive:

We are looking for a dynamic and personable professional with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Presales Executive / Client Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in client-facing roles, be able to understand customer needs, and effectively present tailored solutions. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our sales and technical teams to ensure successful project alignment and client satisfaction

Role & responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and pain points through effective communication and active listening.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to craft customized solutions for clients.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and workshops to represent the organization with professionalism and confidence.
• Support sales teams with lead qualification and proposal development.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging personality.
• Proven experience in client interaction, business development, or presales activities.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical way.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Presentation and public speaking skills are a must.
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
