Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors. Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law issues. Support the legal team in preparing legal documents, such as agreements and filings. Assist in maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.
