Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in filling out technical bid forms, financial schedules, and self-declaration forms. Ensure all supporting documents (GST, ISO, CVs, authorizations, past experience certificates) are compiled. Maintain a checklist of all required documents to ensure completeness and compliance. Government Tender Compliance Review RFP/GeM bid requirements and cross-check that all forms meet eligibility and submission criteria. Assist in formatting documents as per the prescribed templates. Help prepare letters, certificates, and authorization formats (Sections VI-XVI). Coordination & Filing Coordinate with team members to collect CVs, experience certificates, and financial documents. Maintain organized folders for technical and financial bids. Ensure timely online submission of documents on portals like GeM. Follow-ups & Tracking Track submission deadlines, pre-bid meetings, and amendments. Document clarifications or queries during the bidding process. Learning Opportunities for Intern: Hands-on experience with government tenders and RFPs. Exposure to social media marketing & branding campaigns in a large-scale government project. Interaction with project managers and creative teams.
