Presales Associate

Location: Remote (India)

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Mon-Fri

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Associate to join our team. The role involves handling inbound leads, conducting discovery calls to qualify prospects, gathering requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to build tailored proposals and RFP responses.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT services, and the ability to connect client needs with our offerings across Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Product Engineering, and Data Science — collectively delivered as end-to-end managed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to assess client requirements and fit.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare customized solution proposals.
• Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, and client presentations.
• Work closely with internal teams (DE, BI, PE & DS) to align technical capabilities with client needs.
• Develop presentation decks, case studies, and capability documents for client discussions.
• Research industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen solution positioning.
• Maintain presales records, proposals, and lead progress in CRM.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of presales experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Cloud, and AI/ML solutions.
• Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into structured proposals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to working on Data Engineering, BI, Product Engineering, or Data Science
• projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients in technology consulting.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.
