Job Title: Pre-School Operations Coordinator
Location: Kompally, Hyderabad.

Job Overview:
The Pre-School Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations, administration, and coordination of all preschool activities. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of academic and non-academic operations, compliance with school policies, maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, supporting teachers and staff, coordinating with promoters, and conducting school visits for admissions and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
** Operational Management*
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth execution of schedules and activities.
Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain discipline, punctuality, and quality standards.
Ensure proper implementation of school policies, procedures, and curriculum guidelines.
Manage logistics related to classrooms, teaching aids, events, and school infrastructure.
** Administration & Coordination*
Handle admissions-related coordination with promoters and the admission team.
Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports in coordination with teachers.
Ensure timely communication with promoters regarding events, holidays, and school updates.
Assist in planning and organizing school events, celebrations, and engagement programs.
** School Visits & Outreach*
Conduct school visits to meet prospective promoters and showcase the preschool facilities.
Provide guided tours of classrooms, activity areas, and infrastructure to promoters.
Address promoter queries during visits and explain the curriculum, teaching methodology, and value system.
Coordinate with the admissions team to convert school visits into admissions.
Represent the school in outreach programs, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
** Safety, Hygiene & Compliance*
Ensure the preschool premises are child-friendly, safe, and hygienic at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff to maintain cleanliness and health standards.
Monitor security procedures for entry/exit of students and visitors.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (if any).
** Staff Support & Training*
Support teachers in classroom management and provide operational assistance.
Facilitate regular training sessions, workshops, and team meetings for staff development.
Maintain duty rosters for teachers, helpers, and support staff.
** Financial & Resource Management*
Assist the Centre Head in budget planning and resource allocation.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of school assets, resources, and supplies.
Track inventory and raise requisitions for teaching aids, stationery, and consumables.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Administration / Management (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in school/education operations or preschool management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of preschool curriculum and child-care standards will be an advantage.
