Job Description

You will be responsible for responding to banking/Financial Services RFI/RFPs and possess excellent presentation and communications skills to develop product/solution collateral. Your role will include reviewing pricing models to ensure consistency with industry standards and identifying potential clients to build lasting business relationships. You will create proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of a product or service offering to secure contracts. Supporting sales teams to achieve sales targets and hiring/training team members will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to banking/Financial Services RFI/RFPs - Develop product/solution collateral - Review pricing models for consistency with industry standards - Identify potential clients and build lasting business relationships - Create proposals articulating product/service benefits - Support sales teams in achieving targets - Hire and train team members - Liaise with marketing team for demand-generating activities Qualifications Required: - Proven leadership experience - Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team - Effective prioritization and multitasking skills - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset - Familiarity with cloud platforms preferred (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) - Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Creative and analytical thinking ability - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration Additionally, you should have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
