Pre Sales Executive

You will be joining Aiwozo and contributing to our mission of empowering organizations to become AI-driven enterprises through our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) platform. As a Pre-Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by creating impactful sales collateral that effectively showcases the value of our platform. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, developing high-quality sales materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all sales documents are up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer pain points and industry-specific requirements to customize pre-sales content - Create and maintain various sales materials such as pitch decks, use case documents, solution overviews, case study decks, one-pagers, and ROI justification sheets - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather inputs and transform them into compelling narratives - Tailor existing collateral to meet specific client needs and industry sectors - Assist in proposal and RFP response creation with clear and persuasive content - Manage a library of sales documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with product capabilities Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or content creation for B2B software/technology solutions - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred - Strong communication and storytelling skills emphasizing clarity and business value - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Docs - Ability to work effectively under deadlines, handle multiple projects, and collaborate across functions - Interest in enterprise technology, automation, or AI is a significant advantage.,
