Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Business Analyst at Prioxis Technologies in Ahmedabad. The Pre Sales Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, communicating with clients, performing business analytics, and supporting the sales team in understanding clients' needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and workflows.

  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

  • Assist the presales team in preparing RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and client workshops.

  • Work closely with the design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

  • Facilitate requirement review meetings and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

  • Create wireframes, process flows, and data mapping documentation when needed.

  • Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and assisting end users during testing.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Qualifications


    • 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.

    • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

    • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.

    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Exposure to presales activities like responding to RFPs or drafting proposals is a plus.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
