Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Lead / Delivery Lead Location: Hyderabad, India (5 days WFO) Experience: 10+ years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: IT Services / Digital Transformation Role Overview: The ServiceNow Practice Lead / Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and business development skills to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure client satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the ServiceNow practice strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market trends. Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of ServiceNow professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored ServiceNow solutions. Solution Architecture: Design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with best practices. Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and contribute to business development activities. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring the quality and consistency of ServiceNow deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions to enhance service offerings. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT consulting with at least 5 years specializing in ServiceNow solutions. Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, and GRC. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow projects. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with certifications like PMP or ITIL being advantageous. Business Acumen: Ability to identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to practice growth. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other advanced certifications. Industry Experience: Experience working in sectors like federal services, healthcare, or finance. Global Exposure: Experience in managing global teams and delivering projects across different geographies. Key Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Ability to envision long-term market trends and align the ServiceNow practice accordingly. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address complex business challenges with innovative solutions. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners. Adaptability: Stay flexible and adapt to changing client needs and technological advancements.
