Practice Lead – Insurance Services

Executive Summary

The Practice Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end solution design, delivery, and transformation initiatives within the Insurance Services domain. The role combines deep domain expertise, techno-functional leadership, and consultative skills to translate complex customer challenges into scalable, business-aligned solutions across global engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale solution design, architecture, and delivery across Insurance (Life, P&C, Health, Reinsurance).
• Own end-to-end solutioning including RFP responses, proposals, value propositions, and executive presentations.
• Partner with Transformation Office to align solutions with strategic roadmaps and business outcomes.
• Drive innovation, solution scalability, and reuse of assets, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and delivery teams across global geographies.

Key Skills & Capabilities

• Insurance Domain Expertise:

  Deep understanding of Life, P&C, Health, and Reinsurance processes.

• Solution Architecture & Consulting:

  Proven experience in solution design, RFPs, proposals, and executive storytelling.

• Technology Acumen:

  Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.

• Transformation Leadership:

  Experience driving large-scale digital and business transformation programs.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Strong client-facing skills with senior leadership and global teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in solutioning, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Minimum 5+ years in the Insurance Services domain.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, global transformation programs
