Role Summary

Practice Delivery Lead L3


Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of medium-to-large projects within the practice.
  • Ensure scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
  • Establish clear project plans, schedules, and communication cadences.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary delivery point-of-contact for internal and/or external clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans and escalate risks when needed.

Practice Operations

  • Support implementation of practice-wide standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
  • Help maintain resource allocation, capacity planning, and forecasting.
  • Contribute to onboarding processes and internal training documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes and delivery governance.

Team Leadership & Support

  • Provide guidance to team members on delivery practices, workflows, and tools.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development through feedback and coaching.
  • Facilitate collaboration between practitioners across disciplines.

Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project health and implement operational improvements.
  • Contribute to retrospectives and process enhancements within the practice.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10-14 years of experience in project delivery, program coordination, or practice operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and independently drive projects forward.
