About The Role

PR & Communications Manager

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers; serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
• Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of press releases, thought-leadership pieces, speeches, newsletters, and digital content that elevate the brand narrative.
• Reputation Management: Monitor media coverage, public perception, and industry trends; provide recommendations to enhance brand visibility.
• Crisis Communications: Act as the lead in managing communication during sensitive or crisis situations.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior team members; collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Events & Campaigns: Lead press events, launches, and campaigns, ensuring strong media presence and brand impact.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on PR campaigns’ effectiveness, media coverage, and communication KPIs.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in PR/Communications, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven ability to design and execute PR campaigns with measurable impact.
• Strong media network and established track record of media coverage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
• Skilled in handling high-pressure situations and crisis communications.
• Knowledge of digital PR, media monitoring tools, and social media trends.
