Role and responsibilities of PPC & SCM Executive

1. Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource allocation and minimizing production costs.

2. Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring sufficient materials are available for production while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

3. Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components; resolve any supply chain issues as they arise.

5. Identify and implement process improvements within production planning and supply chain operations, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced lead times.

6. Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment between production plans and overall business objectives.

7. Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory status, and supply chain metrics to management, supporting strategic decision-making.

8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies related to production and supply chain management.

9. Proficiency in production planning tools, inventory management systems, and ERP software; strong analytical skills for data interpretation.

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.

11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

13. 5S should possess the notion in housekeeping and willing to set as an example in the organisation.

14. Set as an example to demonstrate in housekeeping, team building and willing to meet the challenges in achieving the Goal / Target of the organisation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
