  1. Campaign Performance

  • Manage

    15+ active campaigns

    across domestic and international clients.
  • Achieve

    ROAS > 4

    for e-commerce campaigns.
  • Deliver

    qualified leads

    for service-based clients, meeting or exceeding client KPIs.
  • Maintain

    CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CAC

    within industry benchmarks.


  1. Client Success & Retention

  • Achieve

    90%+ client retention rate

    through results-driven campaign execution.
  • Conduct

    monthly performance reviews

    with clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
  • Translate client objectives (leads vs. sales) into

    clear campaign strategies

2. Optimization & Strategy

  • Implement

    advanced bidding strategies, remarketing, audience segmentation

    , and funnel optimization.
  • Optimize

    landing pages

    in collaboration with internal teams to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain campaign budgets within

3. Team Contribution & Reporting

  • Guide and mentor junior PPC executives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate

    weekly/monthly reports

    for all clients.
  • Proactively share new PPC trends, tools, and strategies to keep campaigns ahead of competition.
