Technical Consultant

What You’ll Do:

• Work on end-to-end SAP B1 implementations and support projects
• Customize reports, dashboards, and add-ons using SQL, Crystal Reports, and SDK
• Handle system configurations, testing, go-live, and training
• Resolve support tickets and improve client satisfaction

What We Expect:

• 2+ years of technical experience with SAP Business One
• Strong skills in SQL, Crystal Reports, and B1 SDK
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work on multiple projects

Deliver high-quality SAP Business One implementation and support services to ensure client satisfaction, business continuity, and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Implementation Execution

• Assist in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
• Configure and customize SAP Business One as per client requirements
• Develop necessary add-ons, reports, or queries using SQL, Crystal Reports, or SDK

1. Client Communication & Documentation

• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and UAT scenarios
• Provide training and support to end-users

1. Support Services

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
• Perform routine health checks and system audits

1. Quality and Timeliness

• Deliver solutions on or before deadlines with accuracy and testing
• Follow internal project lifecycle processes and documentation standards

1. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients
• Suggest process improvements and technical best practices
