Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals . Identify potential clients and decision-makers across industries (Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Services, etc.). Conduct ERP product demos (online/offline) to showcase business value. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client needs. Drive the entire sales cycle : Prospecting Demo Proposal Negotiation Closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & revenue goals . Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams for solution mapping. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and competitor analysis . Adhere to company policies, processes, and ethical business practices. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in ERP software sales (SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP). Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and consultative selling . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to close B2B deals in a competitive environment. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
