PPC Manager

Education: BE / BTek

Experience: 12 to 15 years,

Age :38 to 45 Years

Responsibilities:

Good handling & corresponding knoweldge Bajaj Auto all units.

- Ensure capacity availability at suppliers for casting parts.

- Costing, Price calculation, Cost reductions & negotiations with suppliers

- Knowledge of casting/painting/machining process

- Forecasting of production/SPD requirement as per business plan for building capacity

- Handling of internal cost audits & self-audits

- Knowledge of basic quality requirement for casting & machining

Horizontal Responsibilities:

Competency Requirements:

Technical/ Functional:

- Knowledge of various costing process

- Should have basic knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machining

- Should have knowledge of TPM & 16 basic losses

- Should have knowledge of procurement of cutting tools for different sources to optimize the cost.

- Basic understanding of Aluminum & ferrous casting process

- Basic understanding of surface treatment processes (powder coating & painting)

Preparation of monthly production schedule/ plan against project requirement.

2. Planning & Execution of project requirement, interaction with all related dept.

3. Production Planning and Control activities on shop floor.

4. Daily Production follow up.

5. Ensure proper & effective utilization of machines/material/resource.

6. Collecting production reports and reporting to Management on production outputs daily/weekly.

7. Hands on experience in ERP.

8. Update all project updates and work updates in ERP.

9. Strong analytical skills and communications are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,997.89 - ₹90,000.00 per month
