Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1 Provider shall deliver end-to-end development, support, and enablement services for the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

2 Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail

3 Excellent client handling skill

4 Design and implement a Power Platform governance framework to enable and monitor citizen development while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This includes: • Creation of low-code development guidelines • Training and mentoring for business users • Provisioning of starter templates and reusable components • Access control and environment setup for safe experimentation

5 Support and Maintenance • Provide ongoing support for production apps, automations, and data connectors. This includes issue resolution, performance tuning, platform upgrades, licensing alignment, and environment management (DEV/TEST/PROD). Establish SLAs for incident response and resolution as needed.

6 Governance and Best Practices § Implement and operate the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, including

monitoring of app usage, audit logs, license utilization, and automated compliance check
