Job Summary

We are looking for a talented

Power BI / Metabase Dashboard Developer

with 3–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data visualization, SQL, and business analytics, with proven experience in delivering dashboards that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI or Metabase.
Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring dashboards align with business needs.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting.
Create data models, relationships, and measures for accurate visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of dashboards.
Implement row-level security, filters, and drill-throughs in reports.
Automate refresh schedules and monitor data pipelines for dashboards.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate dashboards with other systems.
Provide user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption of dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve data or dashboard issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of proven experience in Power BI and/or Metabase.
Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions).
Hands-on experience with data modeling and ETL concepts.
Knowledge of DAX (for Power BI) and custom queries (for Metabase).
Familiarity with data warehouses and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Experience in performance tuning of dashboards and queries.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of Python/R for data analytics.
Exposure to BI integration with CRM/ERP systems.

Certification in Power BI or similar BI tools.
