Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Data Visualization, Dashboards, Reporting, and connecting Power BI with MySQL databases. The candidate must also be familiar with Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted analytics to enhance report building and automation.

The role involves creating impactful dashboards, optimizing data models, integrating data sources, and supporting business stakeholders with insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Connect Power BI to MySQL databases, write SQL queries, and optimize data extraction.
Utilize Copilot in Power BI for automation, DAX generation, and visualization suggestions.
Build data models, relationships, measures, and calculated columns.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modelling using Power Query (M Language).
Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical reports.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure data governance standards.
Publish reports to Power BI Service and manage scheduled refresh using gateways.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, ERP, Finance, Operations).
Troubleshoot BI issues, optimize performance, and support business users.
