Power BI Developer

Role Overview: As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and deploying interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. You will create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop, build complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs, and connect to multiple data sources to perform data transformation using Power Query. Collaboration with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into BI solutions will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will optimize report performance, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and manage dashboards on Power BI Service. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, design, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports - Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop - Build complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs - Connect to multiple data sources (SQL, Azure, Excel, APIs, etc.) and perform data transformation using Power Query - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into BI solutions - Optimize report performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy - Publish and manage dashboards on Power BI Service, including workspace management and row-level security (RLS) - Automate data refresh, manage gateways, and monitor usage - Work with cross-functional teams for ETL, data warehousing, and analytics initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field - Proficiency in data modeling - Experience with Power BI Gateway and Power BI Desktop - Strong SQL skills Additional Details: The company is involved in IT/Computers - Software industry and the employment type for this role is Full Time, Permanent.
