Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Call patients/customers
after primary booking
for confirmation and service coordination.
Upsell relevant add-on services
such as:
Doctor visit Add nurse support
Lab test Add package tests
Nurse booking Long-term care plans
X-ray Additional diagnostics
Educate patients on
benefits of home healthcare services
.
Handle patient
queries, objections & service modifications
.
Coordinate with
doctors, nurses, technicians & operations team
.
Maintain
CRM updates, call tracking & revenue data
.
Ensure
high patient satisfaction & repeat bookings
.
Achieve
daily call targets and monthly upsell revenue targets
.

Preferred candidate profile

Healthcare service knowledge
Strong
upselling & objection-handling skills
Comfortable with
call-based sales + CRM
Clear communication in
Hindi & English
Target-driven mindset
Empathy with patients
