Job Description

As a skilled and client-oriented Post Sales Executive, your role will involve managing and strengthening relationships with corporate clients after the onboarding stage. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction, and supporting long-term business growth. Acting as a bridge between Pre-Sales, Operations, and the Client, you will be responsible for ensuring all commitments made during acquisition are delivered as promised. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients post Pre-Sales handover, ensuring a seamless transition and uninterrupted service. - Build a deep understanding of each client's needs, business patterns, and service expectations to keep operations aligned. - Track client activity to identify growth or decline trends and take necessary steps to support retention and business expansion. - Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure timely service delivery and prompt resolution of client inquiries. - Handle escalations professionally and ensure efficient resolution of issues. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, commitments, feedback, and service performance. - Work with internal teams to ensure all service-level agreements and pre-sales promises are met. - Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client engagement. - Prepare routine reports and performance updates for internal insights and strategic planning. - Deliver consistent, high-quality client service and cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, post-sales roles, account management, or customer success. - Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts. - Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Operations. - Ability to recognize business trends and take proactive steps for client retention and growth. - Prior experience in the travel or corporate services industry is preferred. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to timely execution.
