Role Overview
Were looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer with 5 years of experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance software systems. Youll work across the stack, from backend services to cloud infrastructure and dashboards, contributing to products that blend software, robotics, and intelligent automation.Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect reliable, production-grade systems and may also contribute to machine learning pipelines and robotic infrastructure powering next-generation automation.
What Youll Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems using C , Python, and Rust.
- Develop cloud-based applications and internal dashboards, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Architect and implement microservices, APIs, and distributed systems that handle real-world workloads.
- Collaborate with Product, ML, and Robotics teams to integrate cloud, data, and automation components.
- Build and optimize frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks for dashboards.
- Work with AWS/GCP/Azure for deployment, infrastructure management, and CI/CD automation.
- Optimize system performance, resource utilization, and latency across multiple layers of the stack.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (especially Rust, cloud-native tools, and AI-driven infra).
Who You Are:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITS) preferred.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong foundation in C , Python, and preferably Rust.
- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or similar) and dashboard development.
- Experience in microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with ML model integration, data pipelines, or robotics systems (nice-to-have).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills with an ownership-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude toward innovation.
