Job Purpose

  • Seeking a highly organized Senior Portfolio/Program Lead to bridge delivery teams and customer leadership. Responsible for managing scope, timelines, and expectations across projects and multiple technology teams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive stakeholder communication, governance & support planning for future initiatives.
  • Assist project managers in creating/maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and follow up on task completion.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on project health, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Help manage change control, scope management, and communication plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project governance and documentation standards.
  • Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Help prioritize and balance customer’s investment across initiatives.
  • Align portfolio decisions with customer strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reporting and risk/dependency management.
  • Report overall program status to customer stakeholders.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

  • BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years in project management or lead roles in IT/tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reasonable understanding of technologies (Python, AWS, Databases).
  • Sound experience managing customer stakeholders (US/UK/ANZ).
  • Good team player with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
