Portfolio Revenue Manager - Southwest Asia (Based in India)

**Job Description:** As a Revenue Management Director at IHG Hotels & Resorts, your role involves leading key global revenue management projects and initiatives within the hotel community. You will collaborate with operations partners and Revenue Management teams to develop and implement revenue-related strategies for hotels in your assigned region. Your focus areas will include pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, and business mix optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate communication and training of key Americas revenue management projects to the hotel community. - Provide feedback to global revenue management to ensure successful adoption of initiatives. - Drive the implementation of brand and regional pricing strategies, yield strategies, and selling strategies. - Foster relationships between teams to ensure alignment of key strategies. - Develop and manage the implementation of revenue management systems and best practices. - Analyze revenue management strategies to increase revenues and profits. - Support regional marketing programs and product implementation. - Coach and develop team members and serve as an advisor to achieve established goals. - Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and trends for resolution. - Develop and implement innovative revenue performance strategies. - Lead functions within established budgetary and resource plans while maintaining performance standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or related field. - 8-10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, revenue management, or field consulting.
