Portfolio Revenue Manager - Southwest Asia (Based in India)

As a Revenue Management Director at IHG Hotels & Resorts, your primary role will be to direct key global revenue management projects and initiatives to the hotel community. You will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and assessment of revenue-related strategies for hotels in an assigned region. - Facilitating communication and training of key Americas revenue management projects and initiatives to the hotel community - Providing feedback to global revenue management to ensure successful adoption of initiatives - Driving the implementation of brand and regional pricing strategies, yield strategies, and selling strategies - Analyzing revenue management strategies and tactics with a focus on key markets and management companies - Coaching and developing team members and serving as an advisor to help meet established goals - Developing and implementing innovative revenue performance strategies to assist Franchise Performance Support teams - Leading functions within established budgetary and resource plans Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field of work - 8-10 years of progressive work-related experience in hotel operations management, revenue management, or field consulting - Demonstrated proficiency in central reservations systems and revenue management systems - Strong project management, communication, relationship-building, conflict management, and analytical skills - Knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization, and selling strategies - Familiarity with IHG brand, systems, and training programs would be helpful IHG Hotels & Resorts offers a unique culture that fosters belonging, growth, and making a difference.
