Role Objective

The Portfolio Performance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Investment Team—including the Head of Investments, Portfolio Managers, and Product & Research Analysts—through data management, performance computation, and reporting. The role demands strong attention to detail, comfort with spreadsheets, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights and presentation material for client and internal reviews.

Skills & Competencies

* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and charting);

* Strong quantitative and analytical skills with keen attention to detail

* Ability to organize and handle large datasets efficiently

* Working knowledge of financial instruments — Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs

* Understanding of asset classes — Equities, Debt, Commodities, and Alternatives

* Strong communication skills and team orientation

* Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently under defined timelines

Minimum Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Management; pursuing or completed CFA (preferred)

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, portfolio reporting, or performance analytics within a wealth management or investment advisory setup
