Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals and targets, creating sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, tracking sales data and trends, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and resolving any issues related to sales.

• Sales management, leadership, and team management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
