Key Responsibilities:-

1. Content Writing & Script Development:

• Write engaging podcast scripts, intros, outros, and episode summaries.
• Draft conversation flow and prepare show notes.
• Convert raw ideas into structured, high-quality content.

2. Research & R&D:

• Conduct in-depth research on guests, themes, and industries.
• Study competitor podcasts and trending formats.
• Identify fresh, relevant, and impactful topics for upcoming episodes.
• Prepare briefing documents for hosts.

3. Question Framing:

• Frame high-quality, relevant, and conversational questions for interviews.
• Create controversial, emotional, and engaging question sets depending on the episode theme.
• Ensure the questions align with audience interest and brand guidelines.

4. Market Analysis:

• Track trending topics on social media, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.
• Analyze what types of content are performing well in India and globally.
• Recommend content directions based on analytics and insights.

5. Operations Management (End-to-End):

• Coordinate guest scheduling and communication.
• Manage studio setup, logistics, and shoot readiness.
• Assist in recording sessions and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain documentation, episode trackers, and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate with editing, design, and marketing teams.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Good research abilities and analytical mindset.
• Understanding of media, podcasts, and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of audio/video content production (preferred).
