A tech-friendly, culturally aware, and easygoing attitude will help you thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Teach two engaging business subjects to undergraduate students. Simplify concepts and make learning fun, using relatable examples. Prepare clear, easy-to-understand learning resources and notes. Design assignments and projects that connect theory with real-world use. Promote student interaction through discussions, Q&A, and teamwork. Use digital tools and local technology platforms to enhance teaching. Create an inclusive, respectful, and comfortable classroom environment. Adapt quickly to China's tech tools, learning systems, and teaching methods. Participate actively in the academic and cultural exchange experience. Required Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management (mandatory). Fluent English speaker with clear, neutral accent, especially for non-native listeners. Previous teaching or training experience in business subjects is preferred. Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to Chinese apps, tools, and platforms. Energetic and confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Respectful of different cultures, willing to adjust to Chinese working and social norms. Open-minded, no restrictions related to food, technology, or work culture. Capable of designing visually clear and practically useful teaching content.
