Role Overview PMT / Brand Management

As a Product Manager / Group Product Manager, you will drive the growth and success of leading brands in your therapy segment. This is a strategic and high-visibility role, where you will be responsible for:

Brand Management & Strategy

• Building & strengthening brands through aggressive marketing strategies with the objective of increasing market share.

• Identifying new opportunities and launching innovative products in your assigned segment.

• Supporting sales teams with continuous medico-marketing and promotional inputs.

Market & Competition Insights

• Analyzing competitor brands, market trends, and prescribing patterns to fine-tune strategies.

• Designing impactful campaigns and promotional tools for doctors and sales teams.

Analytical & Commercial Activities

• Conducting brand analysis, ROI evaluation, and ensuring profitability.

• Monitoring promotional budgets, optimizing spends, and delivering maximum impact.

Planning & Execution

• Preparing annual brand plans, setting sales targets, and aligning strategies with organizational goals.

• Actively participating in launch meetings, cycle meetings, budget meets, and strategy discussions.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong therapeutic knowledge (any of the listed segments).

Qualification

B.Pharm + MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute (mandatory).
