Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote and generate demand for assigned pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory.
  
• Meet doctors, healthcare professionals, and chemists to build strong business relationships.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
  
• Ensure effective product detailing, highlighting product benefits and therapeutic value.
  
• Regularly conduct field visits, maintain doctor coverage, and plan territory routes effectively.
  
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability and timely supplies.
  
• Organize and participate in CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities as per company plan.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to managers.
  
• Submit timely reports (daily call reports, sales data, secondary sales, etc.) as required.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  B.Sc. (Science graduates preferred) / B. Pharm. / Any Graduate with proven MR experience.

• Experience:

  05 years in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers in science stream may also apply).

• Age:

  Preferably below 28 years.

• Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong influencing and convincing ability.
  
• Target-oriented, with passion for fieldwork and customer engagement.
  
• Ability to build long-term doctor and chemist relationships.
  

• Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  
• Adaptability to work in a highly competitive market environment.
